Exquisite. If there's one word to describe the Green Springs community, I'd say exquisite. Located just north of town, and somewhat intertwined with Green Springs Golf Course, this area offers some beautiful vistas, and a great place to retreat to at the end of the day!

In Bloomington, you'll find something for everyone! Large ranch lots, to condos. Golf course views, to mountain vistas. Walk along the trails near the banks of the Virgin River, or view the petroglyphs. You're sure to find something you love in Bloomington!

Red Rocks in St. George Utah

St. George City

St. George, the county seat of Washington County. The area is nicknamed Utah's Dixie due to the early settlers of Salt Lake City coming South in an attempt to grow certain crops, including cotton.

The St. George area is often one of the fastest growing metro areas in the country. Locals know we truly have the diamond in the rough, and visitors are discovering it as well.

One of the best things about the St. George area is the ample outdoor recreation opportunities. From hiking, biking, running, swimming, canyoneering, rock climbing, off-roading, camping, etc. Whatever you like to do outdoors, you can probably find exactly what you're looking for in Southern Utah.

Hurricane City

Hurricane, dubbed the gateway to Zion National Park, has a lot to offer! In Hurricane, you're on the doorstep to near endless outdoor recreation opportunities! Most notable is Sand Hollow State Park, with a recreation reservoir and sand dunes. Go from cruising the wake, to cruising through the sand in moments.

While Hurricane may still be considered a bedroom community to St. George, it has plenty of opportunity itself. With Hurricane's growth comes more shopping, healthcare, and recreation opportunity's to those who reside in, and vacation to Hurricane year-round.
